AFD and DBSA: a long-term partnership 

DBSA is AFD's first partner in South Africa with a little more than 120 million Euros of financings granted since 1994. AFD is one of the first DBSA's foreign financier and partner. DBSA is also a shareholder of Proparco, AFD's subsidiary company specializing in financing the private sector. A MoU on knowledge sharing was signed between the two institutions in October 2004. This publication is an assessment of ten years of financial partnership.
